Welcome to PrintKid3D. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of 3D Printing Services

You acknowledge that 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process.

  • Variability: Minor imperfections, such as visible layer lines, tiny surface bumps, or slight color variations from the digital preview, are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

  • Material Limits: It is the customer's responsibility to choose the appropriate material for their intended use. PrintKid3d is not liable for items that fail, melt, or break due to improper environmental exposure (e.g., PLA left in a hot car).

2. Intellectual Property & Custom Designs

  • Your Designs: If you provide a digital file (STL, OBJ, etc.) for us to print, you retain ownership of that design. You grant us a limited license to use the file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.

  • Prohibited Content: We will not print items that are illegal, weapons (including parts for firearms), or items that promote hate speech or violence.

3. Accuracy of Customer Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the files and measurements you provide. If a print is completed according to the specifications provided in your file but does not fit your intended application, PrintKid3d is not responsible and no refund will be issued.

4. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change based on material costs and print time.

  • Full payment is required before the printing process begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • If a project requires significant "post-processing" (sanding, painting, support removal), additional fees will be clearly outlined in your quote.

5. Shipping and Lead Times

  • Lead Times: Estimates are provided for convenience and are not guarantees. 3D printing can be unpredictable (e.g., print failures or machine maintenance). We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintKid3d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our printed products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintKid3d from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any third-party intellectual property rights regarding the files you provide for printing.

8. Design Ownership

 My "spin" on existing concepts constitutes my own artistic expression and engineering work. All designs sold by PrintKid3D are original creations or licensed
interpretations. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of our designs is prohibited.

9.No Endorsement

 This product is an independent creation by PrintKid3D and is not a licensed product of any other corporation. Product designs are original works or inspired interpretations and are not endorsed by or affiliated with any referenced artists, brands, or estates.
