Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with PrintKid3d. We take pride in the quality of our 3D-printed creations. Because 3D printing is a specialized manufacturing process, please review our policies regarding returns and refunds below.

1. Standard Returns

For non-custom, "ready-to-ship" items:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D prints, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Customized designs (names, specific colors, or modifications).

  • Print-on-demand items that were started or completed.

  • Digital STL files.

Note: If a custom order has not yet entered the printing phase, you may request a cancellation for a full refund. Once the printers start, a material fee may apply to any cancellations.

3. Damages and Print Issues

We strive for perfection, but 3D printing can occasionally have minor surface artifacts. These are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects. However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Shipping Damage: The item arrived broken due to transit. (Please provide photos of the packaging and the item within 48 hours).

  • Major Defects: The item has significant structural failure or does not match the dimensions/specs agreed upon.

  • Wrong Item: You received the wrong color, size, or model.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or report a damaged item, please contact us at [Your Email Address] with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the issue (if damaged or defective).

  3. A brief description of the problem.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
