Frequently asked questions

Are the items "ready to use" out of the box?

Yes! Part of my process involves post processing. I hand-finish every piece to remove support structures and ensure there are no sharp artifacts, so your item arrives clean and professional.

Do you take custom design requests?

Absolutely! Since I have experience at the drawing board, I can help take an idea from a rough sketch to a physical prototype. Whether it’s a specific dimension for a drawer organizer or a unique gift, feel free to message me.

What materials do you use?

I primarily use high-quality PLA for decorative items (due to its incredible detail) and PETG or ABS for functional kitchen. If you need a specific material for a custom project, just ask!

What makes PrintKid3D products different from other 3D prints?

Most shops just hit print. Because of my background as a Design Engineer, I custom slice every model to optimize structural integrity and surface finish. I maintain my own fleet of machines to ensure industrial grade precision in a home studio setting.

What is the return policy?

I take great pride in my "engineer’s eye for detail." If a piece arrives with a mechanical defect or shipping damage, please contact me immediately so I can make it right. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, I generally do not accept returns for "change of mind."

When will I get my order?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. I aim to ship around 3-5 days from order placed. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

The products are manufactured in the UK in our little home studio.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
