Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting PrintKid3d! Because most of our items are custom-printed to order, our shipping process differs slightly from traditional retail. Please review our terms below.

1. Processing & Production Time

All items are subject to a production period before shipment.

  • Standard Items: Usually ship within 2-4 business days.

  • Custom/Large Commissions: May take 1 weeks depending on the complexity and print time.

  • Business Days: Our production hours are 7 days a week.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic: We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  • International: We ship worldwide! Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PrintKid3d is not responsible for these charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Damages & Print Fragility

We take great care in packaging our 3D prints (using plenty of bubble wrap and padding), but we know the mail can be rough.

  • If your item arrives broken or "delaminated," please contact us immediately. 

  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
